What's the process of PCBA processing?
The process flow of PCBA processing is very complex, including PCB board process, component purchase and inspection, SMT patch assembly, dip plug-in, PCBA test and many other important processes. PCBA test is the most critical quality control link in the whole process of PCBA processing, which determines the final performance of the product.
What's the purpose of the function test?
The purpose of the function test after assembly of PCBA circuit board is called FVT (Function Verification Test). The purpose of test is to catch the poorly assembled board and test the whole function of the whole machine by simulating the circuit board. In order to catch the circuit assembly board that may be defective before assembling the whole machine so as not to find out the bad result after assembling the whole machine, but also to remove the whole reorganization and cause the waste of working hours and the loss of materials.
How many forms of PCBA test?
The PCBA test includes five main forms: the PCBA test, the FCT test, the aging test, the fatigue test, and the severe environment test.
1.The ICT test mainly includes the on-off of the circuit, the voltage and current value and the fluctuation curve, the amplitude, the noise and so on.
2. The FCT test need to be fired by IC program, the function of the whole PCBA board is simulated and tested, the problems in hardware and software are found, and necessary patch processing tools and test stand are provided.
3. Fatigue test is mainly about sampling the PCBA board, performing high frequency and long time operation, observing whether there is failure, judging the probability of failure, so as to feedback the working performance of PCBA board in electronic products.
4. Under the harsh environment, the testing results of the PCBA board are mainly exposed to the temperature, humidity, drop, splash and vibration of the limit value, and the reliability of the whole PCBA batch product is deduced.
5. The aging test is mainly to power the PCBA board and electronic products for a long time, maintain its work and observe if any failure failure occurs. After the aging test, the electronic products can be sold to the factory in batch.
What does the function test contain?
1. Power part. Test-Power supply working properly, Test individual Point voltages-use comparator or something.
2. Port (interface) test for short.
3. IC module I / o read and write function test-flash.
4. Special function testing (different circuit board requirements are inconsistent)-for example, with infrared, external receivers are required.
PCBA tests, depending on what you do. ICT and FCT, this two testing methods are very different, not only because the ICT equipment and tools are relatively expensive, but it can give good test results and bring great benefits to rework.
The PCBA process is complex. In the process of production and processing, there are maybe a variety of problems due to improper equipment or operation. Nobody can ensure that the products produced are qualified. Thus, it is necessary to carry out PCBA testing in order to ensure that each product does not exist quality problems.
