When it comes to the PCB design, generally, the engineering design defaults the aperture less than 0.50mm as vias, which resulting in a small aperture of the finished board so that both customers and PCB manufacturers are extremely entangled.
In Shenzhen Grande's opinion, there are two major advices for the design of THT holes:
Firstly, all THT holes should be more than 0.6mm;
Secondly, if there are any THT holes less than 0.50mm, please kindly remark them in your files;
1. As shown in the figure, the 0.3MM THT holes are framed. In the production process, we have to check the silk screen layer and reference its frame line on the basis of our own experience to determine whether it is a via or a THT hole.
2, The yellow arrows mark 0.3MM THT holes; In the production process, we have to check the silk screen layer and reference its frame line on the basis of our own experience to determine whether it is a via or a THT hole.
3, The below picture shown in the frame that means the 0.4MM THT holes; In the production process, we have to check the silk screen layer and reference its frame line on the basis of our own experience to determine whether it is a via or a THT hole.
