What's the effect on the properties of soldering lead if it's repeatedly heated?

Bad effect: If the lead is repeatedly heated, the alloy power of the solder paste and welding flux will occur chemical reaction which definitely lower its viscotity ans activity. That’s to say, the welding quality of lead solder paste is gonna become awful.
