What is the difference between an in-circuit tester and a flying probe tester?

Time:2019-07-31 13:47:11 Click:

In-circuit tester: With fast testing speed and relatively reliable electrical test, it has become the mainly testing equipment in mass production of PCBA;

However, in-circuit tester still has a couple of cons like slow market response speed, not timely, expensive, lower high-density PCBA test coverage, etc;

Flying probe tester: A flexible measurement way to test the components on the surface of PCBA by using the moving probe with a free combination. In addition, due to the angle of the probe, its testing coverage is much higher than traditional in-circuit tester.
