How do I find the one burnt or leaky capacitor on a PCB?

For burnt capacitor, we can find it easily from the appearance;

 

For leaky capacitor, we can also measure the resistance of capacitor with a multimeter, which will show such a feature: Compared with the circuit, the resistance value is smaller.
